Service Terms

Effective August 22, 2026

These terms are the online service framework. The signed order form identifies the provider, customer, subscription, fees, governing law, and negotiated commitments—and controls if terms conflict.

Authorized use

Your company may allow its authorized workforce and approved contractors to use FieldCraftPro for internal field operations during the subscription. Users must protect credentials and follow company access rules.

Prohibited use

Users may not bypass security, access another company’s data, probe the service without written permission, upload malicious or unlawful material, interfere with availability, or violate another person’s rights.

Customer data

Your company retains its rights in submitted information and authorizes the service provider and subprocessors to use it to operate, secure, and support the contracted service. Your company is responsible for lawful collection and record accuracy.

Safety and field decisions

FieldCraftPro organizes records and workflows. It does not replace qualified-person judgment, required inspections, employer safety programs, manufacturer instructions, engineering, or legal obligations. Your company remains responsible for field decisions and compliance.

Commercial and legal terms

Availability commitments, support targets, suspension, termination, warranties, indemnities, liability limits, governing law, and dispute terms are defined in the signed order form.
